文法摘要
•
one/ones 用來代替已提過的可數名詞，避免重複；one 表單數，ones 表複數
•
可搭配冠詞、指示詞、所有格與形容詞使用，也可接限定語（with/that...）指明對象
•
不可用於不可數名詞；需要形容詞修飾時常見 a/an + 形容詞 + one
•
與 it/they 不同：one/ones 表「同類的另一個/一些」，it/they 指「同一個/同一些」

正式寫作中避免 these/those ones，直接用 these/those
基本公式
冠詞/指示詞/所有格 + 形容詞 + one（代替單數可數名詞）
可作主詞或受詞，用來避免重複名詞。
範例：

我喜歡那個藍色的。
冠詞/指示詞/數量詞 + 形容詞 + ones（代替複數可數名詞）
表示同類中的幾個，可搭配 two, some, many 等數量詞。

the + one/ones + 介系詞片語/關係子句
用來特別指明是哪一個/哪些。

英文形容詞不能單獨當可數名詞使用；需加 one/ones 代替名詞。

vs. another / other / others
another 表「另一個（不同的）單數」；other 作形容詞表「其他的」；others 作代名詞表「其他的人/事物」。one/ones 只代替名詞避免重複，是否「不同」要靠語境或與 another 搭配表達。
