文法摘要

基本公式

It + be 動詞 + 天氣形容詞 (+ 地點副詞/片語) (+ 時間副詞/片語)
It 為虛主詞；常見形容詞：sunny, cloudy, windy, rainy, snowy, hot, cold, warm, cool, foggy。
範例：
It is sunny today.
今天很晴朗。
It + be 動詞 + 動詞-ing（rain/snow/drizzle/hail）(+ now/at the moment)
描述「正在發生」的天氣，用現在進行式。
範例：
It is raining now.
現在正在下雨。
There is/are + 量詞/程度副詞 + 天氣名詞 (+ 地點副詞/片語) (+ 時間副詞/片語)
常見名詞：rain, wind(s), fog, snow, a storm, a typhoon, thunder, lightning；不可數名詞多用 There is。
範例：
There is heavy rain tonight.
今晚有大雨。
The weather + be 動詞 + 形容詞 (+ in 地點) (+ 時間副詞/片語)
以 weather 為主詞，強調整體天氣感受。
範例：
The weather is cool this morning.
今天早上天氣很涼。
It + be 動詞 + 數字 + degrees (Celsius/Fahrenheit) (+ in 地點)
度數大於 1 用複數 degrees；可省略單位或加上 Celsius。
範例：
It is 28 degrees in Taipei.
台北是 28 度。
It + feels/looks + 形容詞 (+ 地點副詞/片語)
感覺或外觀判斷天氣。
範例：
It feels cold outside.
外面感覺很冷。

常見錯誤

rain 為名詞，描述天氣要用形容詞 rainy；若表「正在下雨」用現在進行式 raining。

表「有/存在」用 There is/are，不用 has/have。

now 表示此刻正在進行，要用現在進行式 be + V-ing。

度數超過 1 要用複數 degrees；1 度才用 one degree。
